just curious to know the sharpness of the image is post process or the render quality 
 
can you share more details about the work ! like, toolset, process, amd reference

 this is the render quality..hdri render whith one spotliht.
 all textured and a minor postwork on the skin.
 here is the modelisation whithout texture and hdri..

wow, amazing work dude. gr8 texturing. gr8 lighting too, though i am not sure i like the orange highlights on the elephant man.
